Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver early intervention and therapy services tailored to support children and families.
  • Conduct assessments, develop plans, implement strategies, and evaluate speech pathology interventions based on individual needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated therapy interventions.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to support clients and NDIS participants, focusing on their strengths and priorities.
  • Encourage client inclusion in community activities of their choice.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Candidate Requirements

  • Completed degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Eligibility for registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • Current driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Awareness of the cultural issues impacting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
