Job Description

As a key player in our agency, the Account Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day communication with key clients and supporting the execution of creative campaigns across digital display, out-of-home (OOH), and print. This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agency-style environment, with a strong ability to manage multiple deadlines, stakeholder expectations, and creative workflows, while ensuring high attention to detail and consistent brand delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Interpret and analyze client briefs and campaign rollout plans, translating them into actionable internal briefs
  • Manage the end-to-end creative production lifecycle, from briefing to finished art dispatch, across digital, OOH and print
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, resources and internal WIPs, ensuring consistent communication and delivery
  • Lead the process of forecasting and preparing the studio for upcoming workload by providing visibility of client projects
  • Compile creative materials for client presentations and quarterly business reviews using agency templates
  • Maintain regular and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment at all stages
  • Own and manage the account WIP status report, updating internal teams and clients as required
  • Manage account financials, including estimating, raising POs, tracking budgets, job reconciliation and invoicing
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, consistent and timely communication
  • Manage relationships with key partners such as vendors, suppliers and affiliated client businesses
  • Guide clients through internal processes and ways of working, helping to streamline collaboration
  • Ensure brand consistency by strictly adhering to client guidelines and applying quality control across all deliverables

To succeed in this role, you will have 1–2 years' minimum experience in a similar account or project coordination role, a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline preferred, previous experience in an integrated marketing or creative agency environment, and proven ability to manage deadlines, multiple stakeholders and project resources.
