Key Responsibilities- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children, prioritizing their health and well-being.
- Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate programs for children, individually and in group settings.
- Maintain the Crèche room and equipment to a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and repair.
- Ensure excellent standards of care for children, adhering to Children's Services Regulations and National Accreditation Standards.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience working in a child care setting, with a desire to develop into a leadership position. You will have the ability to work and communicate with diverse people, plan programs for children, and possess well-developed skills in observing and interpreting children's behavior.
Essential Experience- Sound knowledge of child development.
- Previous experience in caring for pre-school children.
- Certificate III in Children's Services with practical experience in child care.
- Working with Children Check (Vic) and First Aid level 2.
- Preferred candidates will undergo a National Police Check and Pre-Employment Medical Assessment.
