The Role

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for guiding young minds, encouraging imagination and learning through play, and providing exceptional learning environments in a kind and nurturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive team environment
  • Provide opportunities for staff to share in decision-making and obtain feedback
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to improve performance and guide interactions and relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Teaching/Early Childhood, Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent
  • Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma training
  • Child Protection Training
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Previous experience working in Early Childhood
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts from 7.00am-6.00pm Monday - Friday
