Purchasing Store Person - Cold Storage Warehouse

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Store Person to join our team in a cold storage warehouse environment. This is a permanent position, working with a forklift and other warehouse equipment.

  • Forklift operation in a cold storage environment
  • RF Scanning, Picking, receiving and returning of goods accurately and on time
  • Order pick and packing, manually handling cartons weighing up to 25kg
  • Receipt and dispatch of goods
  • Adhering to company procedures, including HACCP and OH&S policies

In this role, you will be part of a small, friendly team working together to meet the demands of a busy cold storage warehouse. Your experience in manual handling, stores/warehouse work, and working in a cold storage environment will be highly valued.


Key Requirements:
  • Manual handling skills and experience with forklifts
  • Warehouse operations knowledge, including RF scanning and inventory management
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
