We are seeking an experienced forklift operator to join our team at a state-of-the-art cold storage facility in Sydney.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in operating forklifts and experience working in cold storage environments. They will be responsible for safely operating a high reach forklift, efficiently loading and unloading meat and chicken products, and maintaining a high level of accuracy while moving and stacking inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate a high reach forklift in a cold storage environment set at 4 degrees.
  • Efficiently load and unload meat and chicken products using the high reach forklift.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy while moving and stacking inventory.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
  • Valid forklift operator certification.
  • Proven experience as a forklift driver.
  • Be comfortable working in a cold storage environment set at 4 degrees.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role.
