Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned business consultant to lead our Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain management, manufacturing, and financial processes within the ERP system.

  • Assist with gap analysis between our existing NAV system and the target Business Central solution.
  • Understand business workflows, processes, and requirements.
  • Document gaps in available BC functionality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate proposed solutions.
  • Develop and implement solution design, testing, configuration, and deployment strategies.
  • Provide user training and support during the go-live migration process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a business analyst and/or consultant working with Business Central.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, operational, and financial processes within Business Central.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience in the fresh produce industry, preferably with a similar project from requirements analysis to go-live.
  • Familiarity with NAV and data migration to Business Central.
  • Good knowledge of Business Central administration, personalization, and customization.
  • AL development experience is highly regarded.
