We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Consultant. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to develop standardized solutions that meet their operational needs.

This role involves analyzing customer issues related to change events and developing effective solutions to resolve them. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business objectives and provide expert advice on how to achieve them.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and configuring systems to complete implementation projects
  • Analyzing client operational needs and understanding business objectives
  • Informing clients and stakeholders of project progress and tracking implementation to ensure deadlines are met
  • Performing initial technical implementation of technology products and addressing scheduling issues

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to apply, test, and reconfigure data rules to achieve desired results
