Lead Hardware Engineer

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hardware engineering, with a strong background in planning and leading teams. They will be responsible for managing onsite hardware assets, including server, storage, network, and backup systems.
- Manage parts or components from site security
- Install parts or components, perform part retention/sanitization process, and resolve ticket with the DPCC
- Gather tag information from the part/system being replaced and provide this information to stakeholders via secured communication
- Coordinate site replacement part handling requirements including installation coordination and part disposal with site contacts
Required qualifications include an active TS/SCI clearance, Security+, CISSP certification, and relevant training for Privileged User (PU) access.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement efficient hardware asset management systems
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
