  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.

  • Monitor machine functionality and report any issues promptly.
  • Adhere to project specifications for compaction requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Pad Foot and Smooth Drum Roller Operator in civil construction projects.
  • Valid RIIMPO317F Conduct roller operations licence.
  • Strong understanding of compaction techniques and equipment.
  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Must pass a medical including drug and alcohol checks.
  • S11 required.
  • Coal board Medical within the last 5 years or ability to pass test.
