High-Performing Underwriter Needed for Cyber and Technology Role

The primary goal of this position is to deliver profitable underwriting and growth in our Cyber and Technology Practice business.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve financial targets for allocated brokers
- Develop and execute a distribution plan for assigned brokers, including key account management, broker visits, and new business generation
- Utilize delegated underwriting authority appropriately and conduct thorough risk assessments
- Deploy capacity effectively on new and renewal business, including endorsement of existing coverage
- Adhere to product guidelines and initiatives, including growth or diversification strategies
- Collaborate closely with Cyber and Technology Practice Leaders and Product Line Managers
- Experience underwriting technology PI, casualty, and cyber classes of business, including an understanding of relevant pricing techniques and claim development
- Ability to handle a mix of mid-market volume business and large, complex accounts
- Strong customer service skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
