Key Responsibilities- Achieve financial targets for allocated broker panels.
- Deliver set distribution activities, including broker visits, key account management, prospecting, and new business generation.
- Appropriately use delegated underwriting authority and risk assessment processes.
- Deploy capacity on new and renewal business, including endorsement of existing coverage.
- Adhere to product guidelines and initiatives, including growth or diversification strategies or remedial action if required.
- Develop and execute a personal distribution plan for assigned broker panels, including key account management plans, management of assigned renewal portfolios, and cross-selling activities consistent with IBU standards.
- Collaborate closely with Cyber Practice Leaders and Product Line Managers.
- Participate in joint travel and presentations.
- Experience underwriting technology PI, casualty, and cyber classes of business in an intermediated market, including an understanding of relevant pricing techniques and claim development.
- Ability to handle a mix of mid-market volume business and large, complex accounts.
- Makes recommendations for tailoring coverage and demonstrates knowledge of relevant products and services.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in product and industry dynamics.
- Exhibits exceptional customer service skills and anticipates and responds to the needs of producers.
- Has demonstrated ability to work well with people and influence decisions.
