Production and Product Development Assistant

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the production process on a global scale.

Founded in 1999, we have evolved into one of the world's most recognizable and notorious brands. With multiple retail stores internationally and top-tier distribution, we continue to build our high-performing team based in Sydney.

We are seeking an experienced Production and Product Development Assistant to join us on our journey as we take our brand to the next level globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise purchase orders with 100% accuracy and maintain/update/delete purchase orders throughout the lifecycle of the product.
  • Manage all in-office samples, receipt, log and distribute parcels, and collate samples for meetings as required.
  • Track, measure, check and review shipment samples with design and liaise with logistics department on approvals.
  • Assist the Product Development Manager with sourcing packs and trims development.
  • Work with the Ksubi global sales team to ensure on-time outbound of SMS to agents.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience in a similar role, Production or Product Development is ideal.
  • Knowledge of garment construction and textile development.
  • Prior experience and working knowledge of successful retailers or wholesalers.
  • Ability to multitask, juggle conflicting timelines and deliver on deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
