La Cosmetique is a pioneering distributor and retailer of K-beauty products in Australia, with a growing list of global suppliers.

The Role

As Brand & Supply Chain Coordinator, you will support product operations, manage brand communication with Korean suppliers, and collaborate with marketing, logistics, and eCommerce teams to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue purchase orders and track inventory management system activity
  • Update the inventory system with new product information, barcodes, pricing, expiry dates, and shipment details
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and warehouse teams to ensure timely receipt of shipments
  • Communicate effectively with Korean suppliers regarding stock availability, lead times, and documentation requirements
  • Liaise with the marketing team to align promotional plans and request marketing assets from brands
  • Prepare support materials for campaigns, including tester/FOC requests and translations as needed
  • Assist with onboarding new SKUs, collecting certifications, and managing translations
  • Contribute to monthly brand performance reports to identify restock and promotion opportunities

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience in admin, operations, supply chain, or coordination roles
  • Experience using inventory/order management systems preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills; Korean language skills are highly valued
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and data accuracy
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • A strong interest in K-beauty and international brands
