Engineering Career Opportunities

We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our projects.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate in a relevant engineering discipline to launch their career with hands-on experience, mentorship, and training.

As a Graduate Engineer, you will work closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills and knowledge in project engineering, including planning, execution, and delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with project managers to ensure timely project delivery and meet safety and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Manage sub-contractors across various disciplines to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Prepare project estimates, tender submissions, and develop project schedules.
  • Support all phases of the project lifecycle, including tendering, planning, execution, and HSE compliance.

Requirements:

  • Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency or suitable Visa with working rights.
  • A Construction Management or Engineering degree (Bachelor or higher) within the following disciplines: Mechanical, Civil & Structural, Mechatronic, Chemical, Electrical, and Electrical & Instrumentation.
  • Ability to work on a FIFO or DIDO from Perth, Brisbane, or Newcastle.
  • Previous work experience within your chosen field through internships or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • A passion for the work we do and the desire to do real hands-on work in the field.
