Clerical Associate

This role involves performing a range of tasks to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing for payment.
The Junior Account Specialist will report to the Team Leader and be responsible for entering and processing invoices, inputting data from invoices and production records into the Salesforce system, actioning support tickets and resolving follow-up transactions, and collaborating with the Customer Service team to provide answers to queries and troubleshoot issues through research, resolution, and production support.
About This Role
- You will need a high school diploma and 1 year of experience in clerical, data inputting, accounting, banking, payment resolution, or business research.
- You should be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail is required.
- Strong organizational skills are essential.
- Effective communication skills are necessary.
