As a Reliability Engineer, you will work closely with our collaborative manufacturing maintenance and engineering team to identify opportunities for factory improvements, downtime reduction, process enhancements, and data management.

  • Support regular meetings to review downtime and improvement activities
  • Review and update area TPM boards & conduct audits
  • Conduct daily analysis of downtime events and update daily lost unit log with countermeasures
  • Weekly/Monthly analysis and reporting of downtime events (number of events, total time, lost units)
  • Conduct continuous improvement programs for significant downtime events
  • Coordinate and analyse and report on Preventative and predictive maintenance activity including vibration analysis program, oil analysis program, and thermography program
  • Review/modify maintenance PM's for effectiveness
  • Coordinate weekly breakdown improvement meetings
  • Planning and scheduling of equipment improvement activities
  • Ensure all follow-up improvement activities are entered into the system and tracked to completion
  • Train/coach maintenance personnel in reliability practices

You will be a key member of our factory maintenance team, contributing to the shared vision of the company by safely and efficiently meeting your objectives.

You will work effectively within a small team environment, under minimal supervision, and demonstrate the organisation's values by showing agility, sense of urgency, flexibility, and energy.

Requirements
  • Master/bachelor's degree in engineering or mechanical/mechatronic engineering or formal qualifications in reliability maintenance
  • Minimum 5 years working within manufacturing or sector with robotics
  • Able to handle intricate processes
  • Understanding and compliance of WHS, environmental, quality regulations
  • The ability to be proactive and work with flexibility and efficiency
  • Be adaptable to different situations
  • Strong technical and analytic skills
  • Advanced fault finding and diagnostic skills
  • Capable of managing changes and multiple challenges at the same time
  • A can-do attitude and able to contribute to a positive team environment
  • Communicate competently with others You are open-minded about where ideas come from and how they can be applied in the workplace.
  • Both flexible and open-minded, you work efficiently and proactively to deliver results.
