The Role

As a Regional Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing revenue, service delivery, and strategic business development. You'll work closely with our teams to identify and develop local connections with employers and community support organisations, essential for sustainable employment outcomes for our region's job seekers.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a leader who can demonstrate previous success in a similar role and has a strong leadership approach that focuses on identifying and developing team members' strengths. You'll need to be able to identify and implement performance improvement strategies that result in significant, measurable outcomes. Tertiary qualifications are desirable, and regional/interstate travel is required (where possible and compliant with travel guidelines).
