The Successful Applicant:

We are seeking an experienced HR process analyst, HR operations or Org Dev practitioner with a proven track record in process mapping, analysis, and design. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a patient and collaborative approach to working with teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in process mapping, analysis, and design.
  • Proficiency in creating user-friendly documentation such as manuals, guides, and checklists.
