Early Childhood Program Manager

About the Position:

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading and managing a multidisciplinary team to plan, develop, and deliver high-quality early childhood education services. Key responsibilities include managing service finances, fostering a culture of collaboration and integration among staff, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and quality standards.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education or equivalent are essential.
  • A strong understanding of legislation, regulations, and frameworks relevant to children's services is required.
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and support staff within a multidisciplinary team is essential.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and quality assurance is expected.
