We are seeking a motivated and experienced Early Childhood professional to join our team as an Assistant Centre Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to make a real difference in the lives of young children and their families.
About the Role- Lead a dedicated team of educators in creating engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).
- You hold a Diploma in Children's Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), and have proven experience as an Educator in an Early Childhood service.
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and staff.
- A comprehensive induction program to support your transition into the role.
