About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member. As a key member of our store team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough cleaning tasks throughout the store, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing floors.
  • Operate various equipment and cleaning products to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Collect trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark, regardless of weather conditions.

About You:

  • You will be working both indoors and outdoors, requiring you to be physically fit and able to lift up to 17kgs.
  • You will be trusted to work autonomously and in a group setting, demonstrating a commitment to providing great customer experiences.
  • You will have a keen eye for detail and cleanliness, with a passion for working safely and adhering to Coles' Safe Work practices.
  • You will be able to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic.
