As a senior rehabilitation expert, you will be responsible for guiding a team of professionals in delivering exceptional customer experiences and operational targets. This role involves overseeing the rehabilitation journey of clients returning to work and life after injury or illness.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing a reduced case load to a high standard
  • Providing leadership, support, and direction to your team
  • Driving the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Managing various customer accounts
  • Ensuring service delivery standards
  • Offering training, coaching, and development to your team

You will join a dynamic team that fosters a culture of high performance and motivation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational rehabilitation, with experience working with clients, insurers, and employers. A professional registration with AHPRA/ESSA/ASORC - Physio/OT/Ex. Phy/Psych/Rehab Counsellor is also required.

The successful candidate will enjoy flexibility and autonomy in managing their own schedule and diary. You will have access to company cars for travel, an incentive scheme, a laptop, mobile phone, and other benefits.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • 2+ years of experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
  • Experience working with clients, Insurers, and employers
  • Professional registration with AHPRA/ESSA/ASORC - Physio/OT/Ex. Phy/Psych/Rehab Counsellor
  • Driving license, willing to travel locally
  • A current, or ability to hold a Working with Children Check
