Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Job2Go Pty Ltd. As a Chef, you will be responsible for planning and preparing high-quality dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare menus, taking into account food costs, labor costs, and customer preferences.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, food safety, and sanitation.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and service.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels.
  • Develop and implement new menu items, specials, and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III and IV in Commercial Cookery or Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
  • At least two (2) years of relevant experience as a Chef.
