Pharmacy Operations Manager

The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our pharmacy, ensuring seamless delivery of services and maximizing patient satisfaction.
- Manage day-to-day pharmacy dispensary operations, including receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution, and storage of medications and pharmaceuticals.
- Provide clinical services such as drug use evaluation, medication reviews, injections, and counseling.
- Compound prescribed medications.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community partners to enhance care coordination and service quality.
- Oversee inventory management and ordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste.
- Lead team scheduling, training, and performance management initiatives to promote staff development and well-being.
- Identify areas for business growth and implement strategies to increase market share and patient engagement.
- Develop and enforce policies and protocols related to pharmacy practice and medication distribution.
- Registration as a pharmacist in good standing with the relevant governing body.
