The Role

As a Client Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our boutique. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting boutique management in achieving sales targets
  • Ensuring the highest level of customer service is maintained at all times
  • Undertaking daily routine tasks as directed
  • Stock maintenance and cleaning
  • Store housekeeping
  • Tracking your own performance statistics
  • Daily merchandising and display setup
  • Attending regular training sessions to develop your knowledge and skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Demonstrated retail experience, preferably in the luxury industry
