The Role

We're seeking an experienced Business Partner to join our P&C team. As a trusted advisor, you'll partner with business leaders to ensure alignment between business objectives and our people strategy. You'll have the flexibility to balance your time across BAU and critical people projects in a scaling and agile environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and coaching on moments that matter such as cyclical milestones, employee experience, organisational/workforce planning, employee relations, and change management.
  • Play a key role in fostering a high-performance culture, driving business success through effective and pragmatic people-centric solutions.
  • Collaborate with business functions to ensure our goal of achieving 'The Summit Experience' is at the heart of all we do.
  • Review and develop best practice policies and processes.
  • Lead people projects as the SME for all things employee engagement, R&R, employee benefits, performance management, etc.
  • Coach leaders to manage dispute resolution, investigations, and disciplinary procedures, ensuring effective and timely resolution of issues.
  • Analyse key HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
