Job Title: Senior Healthcare Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing holistic assessments and developing individualized care plans to guide our care staff in delivering comprehensive support services.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documenting resident information in accordance with Aged Care standards.
  • Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal resident outcomes and promote a supportive environment.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of evidence-based practices within our organization.
  • Educating and supporting new staff members in their roles, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Requirements:

  • A relevant qualification in Nursing and current registration with AHPRA.
  • A minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in aged care or a related field.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and all levels of staff, demonstrating empathy and understanding in your interactions.
  • Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to ongoing professional development.
