Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor to help run our Bar, Café, and Bistro at a dynamic hospitality venue. The ideal candidate will have a focus on delivering exceptional results in the food industry, providing a positive work culture.

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading front house staff in Bar, Bistro, and Floor Wait positions. This includes assisting with daily operations, such as scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.

Key responsibilities also include maintaining a friendly and fast-paced environment, ensuring excellent customer experiences through proactive service delivery.

Requirements:
  • Supervisory experience in the hospitality or food industry
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate team members
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
