The role involves delivering energy markets research and modelling to support sustainability and climate change initiatives, including consulting engagements across various sectors.

Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating energy market models, assisting clients in understanding energy markets, assessing generation and retail investments, and providing transaction advisory and due diligence services.

The technical focus spans large scale power generation, industry decarbonisation strategies, electric vehicle readiness, microgrids and distributed energy resources, renewable energy zones, and green hydrogen concepts.

Required skills include tertiary qualifications, demonstrated experience in power generation or networks, exceptional communication and project management skills, and proficiency in IT and analysis.

Techincal experience in areas like power generation, decarbonisation, and risk analysis is viewed favourably.
