About the Role

Hastings Deering is seeking a skilled Laboratory Administrator to join our team at our world-class laboratory in Archerfield, Brisbane. This is a permanent, Monday to Friday role.

As a Laboratory Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately and efficiently performing data entry tasks
  • Providing exceptional customer service and handling inquiries in a professional manner
  • Preparing reports for distribution as directed
  • Ensuring accurate and timely customer invoicing
  • Managing correspondence and initiating follow-up actions as necessary
  • Performing general administrative tasks, including mailing, scanning, laminating, binding, and stock control
  • Achieving daily goals and objectives
  • Providing occasional laboratory assistance
