As a Stockroom Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our Performance Store. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in stockroom operations, logistics, and inventory management. They will be responsible for supporting the store manager and assistant manager in maintaining a premium stockroom model, ensuring that all operational needs are met, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. They will be proactive, take ownership of their tasks, and be committed to driving results. In addition, they will demonstrate courage, innovation, teamwork, integrity, and respect in all aspects of their work.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the store manager and assistant manager in maintaining a premium stockroom model.
  • Support day-to-day stockroom operations, including logistics, inventory management, and stock-to-floor service.
  • Represent the brand and company values through inspiring and impactful interactions with customers.
  • Ensure compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies, and standards within the store back-of-house.
  • Drive profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
  • Provide consumers with outstanding experiences while meeting or exceeding commercial goals.
Requirements:
  • Retail experience, preferably as a team leader in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear.
  • Experience in stockroom procedures.
