Service Coordinator

Our organisation is a purpose-driven team that strives to deliver care as it should be – with people right at the centre. We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to support our schedulers in arranging services that meet our customer needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for client service requests, ensuring our customers receive the best care possible by responding to their diverse needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Work closely with schedulers and care facilitators to ensure data accuracy and foster a team culture where everyone feels valued and respected through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Plan and organise care worker rosters to meet customer needs efficiently by considering resource allocation and workload management.
  • Manage the Scheduling Inbox, handle incoming calls, and maintain client communications with timely precision to avoid delays and resolve queries effectively.
  • Deliver exceptional service by treating customers with respect, understanding their diverse needs, and responding with clarity and compassion to enhance their overall experience.

Requirements:

  • At least one-year minimum knowledge and experience in an administrative role or equivalent position.
  • Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of our Christian identity and promote our organisation's values through interactions at work.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Advanced computer skills to leverage technology for efficiency and productivity.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills to respond to unexpected situations and deadlines.
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Flexibility – you may be required to participate in an after-hours on-call roster to ensure continuity of care.
