Lead Roofer

As a seasoned Roofing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring project productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise field staff to guarantee timely completion of roofing projects.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in roofing management or supervision

- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Proficiency in metal roofing, cladding, flashing's, fascia & gutter

- Valid driver's license and construction induction card

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make informed decisions under pressure
