A key missing link in one of the country's busiest transport corridors will soon be connected by a 10-kilometre dual carriageway motorway extension between Black Hill and Tomago.

We are seeking an experienced Senior People Advisor to support operational HR initiatives for over 300 project-based employees.
The ideal candidate will partner with construction leaders to deliver employee relations processes, develop demobilisation activities, provide expert support on workplace relations matters and recommend HR strategies in collaboration with the People Manager.
This is a unique opportunity for a strong People Advisor to take their career to the next level and make a meaningful impact on a dynamic project.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead employee relations processes and procedures
- Support the development and implementation of demobilisation activities across the project
- Provide expert advice and guidance on workplace relations matters to leaders and employees
- Collaborate with the People Manager to recommend and implement HR strategies
- Oversee all people management activities including recruitment, remuneration, employee relations and offboarding/demobilisation
