We are a small team of dedicated professionals working in an international environment with our clients from all over Europe. Currently, we're preparing to expand our operations to Italian, Spanish, and LATAM markets.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist with expertise in Italian or Spanish language to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Acquiring new clients in Italian, Spanish, or LATAM markets through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
- Providing exceptional customer support to new clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborating with our business partners to drive growth and revenue.
- Working closely with our Marketing division and other teams to develop and execute business strategies.
- Representing the company at trade fairs, presentations, and webinars to promote our services and build relationships with potential clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience in sales or customer support for B2B clients.
- Fluent Italian or Spanish language (spoken and written) - knowledge of both languages would be an additional asset.
- Fluent English - we work in an international environment.
- Knowledge of Polish is a bonus, but not a requirement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A sense of humor and a positive attitude.
