Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will collaborate with your colleagues to:

  • Draft and negotiate various commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Evaluate new products and service offerings.
  • Provide legal insights regarding tender documents and client service proposals.
  • Work closely with business units and external legal advisors.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a current practicing certificate and will have:

  • Post-admission experience in a reputable law firm or in an in-house legal environment.
  • Experience in negotiating general commercial contracts (experience in engineering consultancy is advantageous but not mandatory).
  • Exceptional drafting and negotiation capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive and business-oriented approach to problem-solving.
