Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level IT Service Delivery Professional to join our team in Toowoomba. As a member of our team, you will receive training and hands-on experience delivering our key service offerings: IT Support, IT Projects, IT Security, Managed Services, Cloud Services, and Business Connectivity.

This is an entry-level IT role, so prior experience isn't essential. However, customer service experience is crucial for success in this position.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients.
  • Troubleshoot, repair hardware, and install software.
  • Log and resolve tickets in our management system.
  • Create and maintain client documentation.
  • Conduct onsite client visits for IT Support and installations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

You will be successful in this role if you have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent oral, listening, and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a customer service-focused role.
  • A degree or equivalent technical experience in IT.
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts like firewalls and routers.
  • A commitment to learning and continuous improvement.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • The ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
