Job Title: National Specialty Retail Field Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Specialty Retail Field Leader to join our team at Mars Incorporated. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the successful performance and pet parent obsession of our Field Sales Representatives within our Specialty Channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop evidence-based product knowledge and expertise among our Field Sales Representatives.
  • Deliver education and training to pet care professionals at events, including product demonstrations and workshops.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 9 dedicated Field Sales Representatives to drive performance, unlock their potential, and maximize engagement.
  • Develop and implement long-term growth strategies to contribute to the total financial performance of our Specialty Channel.
  • Contribute to the routine evaluation of territory plans against agreed deliverables and marketplace context, and execute changes effectively.
  • Facilitate monthly Field Activity Meetings to ensure alignment and success.
