We are seeking a results-driven and enthusiastic professional to join our dynamic team as an Assistant Store Manager.

This is a full-time position at 38 hours/week.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team to achieve sales targets, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service delivery. You will also be expected to coach and develop your team members through product knowledge, using your passion for selling.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining store operations including stock management and visual merchandising;
  • Coaching and developing team members to ensure they meet their performance goals and contribute to the overall success of the store;
  • Leading by example and demonstrating high levels of customer service expertise and professionalism;

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in people management, coaching and delivering feedback;
  • A strong understanding of retail operations and visual merchandising principles;
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
