Key Responsibilities- Payroll Processing: Process payroll for all employees on a weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Payroll Record Maintenance: Maintain and update payroll records, including employee data, compensation, and tax information.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies regarding payroll.
- Reporting: Prepare payroll reports and summaries for management.
- Accounts Payable: Review, verify, and process accounts payable vendor invoices and payment requests.
- Accounts Payable Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Financial Record Maintenance: Maintain and update the accounts payable ledger, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in payroll and accounts payable functions.
- Industry Experience: Previous exposure to Civil Construction, Construction, or Property Development industry is mandatory.
- Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
