Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking a Caretaker to join our Community Facilities team on a permanent, part-time basis.
This role requires providing exceptional customer service and support to organisations and individuals using community facilities over the phone and in person, ensuring that facilities are well maintained and safe to use.
An ideal candidate will look after initial enquiries and bookings, payments, access, inductions, inspections and bond release.
- Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Suitable experience in a customer service role
- Computer literate in basic office applications and the ability to quickly learn corporate applications
- Ability to work within a team environment and with minimal supervision
- Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
- Current class C driver's licence
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
Remuneration and Benefits:
- The salary for this position is competitive and negotiable based on experience
- 28-hour working week
