Key Responsibilities:
  • Strong exposure in litigation and contract management, in addition to general legal operations and support.
  • Experience liaising with various internal stakeholders.
  • Experience undertaking diligence procedures and maintaining files such as forms, templates, interview statements, discovery documents and evidence.
  • Experience maintaining management systems and ensuring templates are up to date.
  • Ability to assist with additional legal projects.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Has significant previous paralegal experience at a top-tier law firm or inhouse within a leading organisation.
  • Must have full Australian working rights and be eligible to practice in Australia.
  • Must be enthusiastic and a team-player with a desire to learn.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese or Korean is a bonus but not essential.
