As a Culinary Support Professional, you will be part of a team that provides exceptional food experiences to students. Our mission is to educate students on healthy choices and offer customized fresh food options.
The role involves washing and cleaning dishes, food preparation, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen and service area, adhering to high standards of food safety, and monitoring stock to minimize wastage.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Washing and cleaning dishes to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
- Preparing food in accordance with recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen and service area, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Monitoring stock levels and minimizing waste to optimize efficiency
Requirements for the position include:
- A valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one
- Previous experience in dishwashing is preferred but not essential
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
- A positive attitude and commitment to our values
