This role is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, coordinating clinical trials and ensuring the smooth running of allocated trials onsite.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate trial start-ups, working closely with research teams and clinical leads.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure recruitment targets and timelines are met.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including team members, research leads, PI, and sponsors.
- Perform clinical tasks such as vital signs, ECGs, medication management, and maintain proficiency.
- Process samples, coordinate sample collection, and dispatch as required.
- Prepare for and host monitoring visits.
- Ensure all research is conducted according to regulatory frameworks and current clinical practice.
- Current registration with AHPRA and relevant nursing experience.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in clinical research coordination or a related field with an equivalent undergraduate degree.
- Strong computer literacy and knowledge of clinical trials software and MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of initiative and flexibility, with the ability to meet deadlines while balancing multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and applicable laws and regulations.
