Assistant Front Office Manager The Star Grand

The Assistant Front Office Manager at The Star Grand will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our hotel.

This exciting opportunity offers a chance to be at the forefront of luxury hospitality, working alongside a dedicated team of professionals in one of the most iconic and prestigious properties in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the highest standards of guest service are achieved and maintained upon check-in and during our guests stay.
  • Manage The Star Grand Loyalty Program and affiliated programs.
  • Ensure all guest comment cards are distributed to relevant departments and respond to guests when required.
  • Assist with the people planning requirements including recruitment, rostering, training and development of the team.
