Insurance Law Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Law Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of post-graduate experience with expertise in insurance law and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage directly with clients, managing relationships and delivering tailored legal advice
  • Receive guidance and mentorship from leading experts in the insurance law field
  • Develop expertise in insurance advisory work, including regulatory and compliance matters
  • Provide support on complex coverage analysis, including liability assessments and issues relating to non-disclosure or misrepresentation
  • Assist insurers with the resolution of claims disputes, investigations, and complaints
About You:

Strong analytical skills to interpret expert reports, contracts, legislation, and regulatory materials are essential. Additionally, you should be able to draft clear, concise written communications and explain complex legal concepts in plain language.
