Job Title: Telecommunications Field Engineer
We are seeking a skilled engineer to install and maintain 4G & 5G telecommunication networks in Melbourne. The successful candidate will have experience with installing antenna mounts on rooftops & street poles, terminating communication cables, and carrying out manual labor tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of antenna mounts on rooftops & street poles (Small Cell)
- Carry out manual labour of various descriptions to complete the works as required
- Terminate communication cables of various types and sizes, assist with testing cables for compliance with specifications
- Installation of earth kits and waterproofing of connectors
Requirements:
- Australia Work Authorisation: preferred

About You We're Looking For:
- Relevant tickets and licences for a Telecoms Tech, including full Aussie Driving Licence, White Card, and RF/EME Awareness
- Be open minded and want to learn, you'll have the opportunity to work on various sites with various networks and providers.
- Previous experience in either fault finding, diagnosis, and rectification, along with RAN, RF, Microwave and Fibre will be considered a great advantage.
