Overview
The Medical Oncology Sales Professional will be responsible for driving sales of BeiGene's Oncology product(s), achieving territory business targets, and establishing recognition of BeiGene in the Oncology market.
This role requires a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on Oncology. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' experience in sales, with significant years of Oncology experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans to achieve business and sales goals.
- Build customized engagement plans to communicate the value of BeiGene's medicine(s).
- Utilize data and analytics to prioritize engagements and interactions.
- Implement sales plans in line with marketing strategy and provide market insights.
- Educate HCPs on data relating to BeiGene's oncology product(s) and clearly communicate differentiation.
- Establish superior working relationships with key oncologists in assigned territory.
- Perform all administrative functions required of the position, including capturing customer engagements in an online CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Over 10 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry with significant years of Oncology experience.
- Sales experience required.
What We Offer:
- $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
