Job Title: Performance Analyst

About The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Analyst to join our Data and Analytics team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who can automate the provision of timely and accurate reports, create digital solutions for manual collection processes, and link data types to enhance report utility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automate reporting processes using technical expertise to deliver timely and accurate reports.
  • Create digital solutions to improve data collection and establish data pipelines for electronically captured data.
  • Link relevant data types to enhance report utility and guide responsive action.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with health data, including SQL querying repositories such as electronic Medical Records, Health Information Exchange, and Enterprise Data Warehouse.
  • Outstanding technical expertise and ability to program digital solutions.
  • Solid work ethic, problem-solving skills, self-direction, prioritizing workload, meeting deadlines, and escalating issues as required.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of health data processes, policies, definitions, and governance.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn new methods and procedures.
